• Poker Session Data: Game details, profit/loss amounts, locations, dates, durations, and personal notes you enter
• Player Information: Player names, notes, and playing style observations you record
• Game Details: Tournament structures, cash game stakes, and other game-specific information

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: We may collect basic device information for app functionality and crash reporting
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide poker session tracking and analytics within the app
• Sync your data across your devices using iCloud (iOS only)
• Generate reports and statistics about your poker performance
• Improve app functionality and user experience

4. Data Storage and Sync

4.1 Local Storage

All your poker data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database.

4.2 iCloud Sync (iOS Only)

If you enable iCloud sync:

• Your poker session and player data is synced to your personal iCloud account
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's CloudKit service
• Only devices signed into your Apple ID can access this data
• We cannot access your iCloud data - it belongs exclusively to you

4.3 No External Servers

We do not store your personal data on our own servers or any third-party services other than iCloud (when you choose to enable it).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your poker data remains private and is only accessible to:

• You, on devices where you've installed the app
• Apple's iCloud service (if you enable sync), which is governed by Apple's privacy policy

6. Data Export and Deletion

• Export: You can export all your data as CSV files at any time through the app's menu
• Deletion: You can delete all app data through the debug menu or by uninstalling the app
• iCloud Data: To delete iCloud data, use the "Erase All Data" option in the debug menu or manage iCloud storage through iOS Settings

7. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Local data is stored using iOS and Android security frameworks
• iCloud sync uses Apple's encryption and security protocols
• No data transmission to external servers (except iCloud when enabled)

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Poker tracking is intended for adults of legal gambling age.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud/CloudKit (iOS only): For optional data synchronization, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• Device Storage Systems: Standard iOS and Android local storage, governed by respective platform policies
